Chef Mike provided delicious food for both my wedding dinner and for a family meal the night before. His lasagna is always raved about and now we understand why! We had so many compliments about the wedding entrees as well, especially the salmon. The cobbler we had for dessert was out of this world and I had more than one guest say they thought it was just about the best thing they'd ever eaten! Chef Mike is so pleasant and easy to work with. We can definitely recommend!
